Privacy policy

Prosperus Co. Inc. ("Prosperus", "we") runs prosperus.ca. This page explains what personal information the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, the kind of product you're building, your budget and timeline ranges, and your message. When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send.

Like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to run a project if we work together. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Services that handle data for us

The site is hosted by DreamHost. Enquiries are delivered to our studio inbox by email. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.

Cookies

WordPress sets cookies when someone signs in to manage the site. Visitors browsing the site don't need an account.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project correspondence for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to hi@prosperus.ca and we'll reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
